Ingredients

  • 4 med. baking potatoes or possibly 6 sm. red ones, quartered
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

  1. Mix oil and seasonings in a cereal bowl. Dip the potatoes in the mix till they are completely coated. Put on microwave dish and bake for 8 to 10 min (depending on size of potatoes and the microwave) and turn them about half way through. You may want to add in a bit more Parmesan about 2 min before they are done.
