    I made this for a bbq yesterday afternoon and it was an absolute hit!!! I used seedless watermelon and seedless cucumber and added lime juice instead of the lemon. Definitely use fresh cracked pepper and sea salt for this recipe. Also, I didn't really measure any of the ingredients, I just added what I thought looked right for a 1/3 of a medium watermelon. Seriously a great recipe, I think I will make it again this week and serve over fish.....maybe add some feta or goat cheese to it.
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!
