- 3 jalapenos
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 medium red onion (or 2 small ones in my case)
- 1-2 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 T. tomato paste
- 1 T. red wine vinegar
- 1 t. Gourmet Garden cilantro paste
- 1 t. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
