Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce.) can pink salmon
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 heaping teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. flour

Directions

  1. Drain salmon, pour juice in measuring c.. Put salmon and egg in mixing bowl. Mix well. Add in 1/2 c. flour. Mix will be thick. Don't add in salt. To 1/4 c. salmon juice add in baking pwdr After foaming measuring c. should be 3/4 c. full. Pour into salmon mix. Mix dip out with tsp.. Fry in deep fryer 1/2 full of oil, 15 min.
