Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 beaten large eggs
  • 3 T oil
  • 1/2 c. favorite additive (optional)

Directions

  1. Sift dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients separately. Add in the dry mix to the wet and beat vigorously for a couple seconds. (Overbeating this mix produces flat pancakes.) Mix in blueberries or possibly whatever your favorite addition is. If batter is too thick, add in 1 tbsp lowfat milk.
