A scrumptious dessert that tastes like waffles, but it is a gelatin dessert.
Ingredients
- Waffle Feast
- 2/3 cup dry powder milk
- 1/4 cup unflavored gelatin
- 2 cup pure water wait 5 minutes
- TB 2 cocoa
- Equivalent to 3/4 cup sugar
- additional water 2 cups
- Boiling
- Vanilla extract
- 10" pie plate
- Butter flavor nonstick cooking spray
- coconut flour cookie crumbs: see bottom of recipe
- Waffle syrup no sugar (25 Cal 1/4 cup)
- Cool Whip
- Coconut Flour Cookie Crumbs"
- 1/4 cup of coconut flour
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- sugar equivalent of 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- For cookie crumbs:
- Spray skillet of baking tin with nonstick cooking spray
- Pan brown 5 minutes or Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees
- For Gelatin Dish:
- Take 1/2 cups of the 4 cups of water still cold and dissolve the4 gelatin that is plain unflavored gelatin
- Add the cocoa and sweetening
- Stir
- Add the Boiling water and vanilla extract
- Spray pie plate with butter flavor non-stick cooking spray
- Pour in the gelatin mixture.
- Chill until firmly set.
- Just before serving, add cool whip, cookie crumbs and waffle syrup to each plate.
