Ingredients

  • 3 tane ayva
  • 2 su bardagi visne
  • 1 su bardagi seker
  • 2 cubuk tarcin , 5 tane karanfil
  • Krem santi 1 paket 1 su bardagi sut

Directions

  1. Ayvalar soyulur ikiye bolunur cekirdekleri alinir ici biraz oyulur tencereye cekirdekler ile birlikte dizilir
  2. Seker,visne ve baharatlari uzerine konur az su eklenir kaynatilir.
  3. Visne sulari arada uzrine gezdirilir.Ayvalar pisince serbet ballaninca serviz tabagina alinir
  4. Visneler ayvalarin icine yerlestirilir hazirlanan santi ile servis edilir.
