Ingredients

Cost per recipe $1.06 view details
  • 2-3 large eggs per person
  • 1 lg. frying pan full of warm water
  • 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
  • Lg. slotted or possibly perforated spoon

Directions

  1. Heat the water till you get a slow rolling boil. Add in the vinegar to the water. Break the large eggs, one at a time, into a cup or possibly bowl, and slowly tip them into the boiling water. Cook them till the whites are set good (2-3 min). Remove with the spoon and place on a plate which you have covered with 2-3 paper towels. Roll the large eggs around slightly so as to remove all the water. Place on serving plates. When you poach large eggs like this they stay in a nice round ball.
