I made this on st.pattys day.You could add a lb of ground beef or bacon if you want a meat version. Simple ingredients for back in the days.....or these days when all 4 of my kids are hounding me at the same time,and I need something quick!

Ingredients

  • half head of green cabbage
  • 4 big russett potatoes
  • 5 peeled carrots
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 all natural veggie bouillon cubes
  • sea salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Peel, chop,and throw in a soup pot for about 35-45 minutes!~
