Ingredients

  • 1 bag frzn mixed vegetables
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. uncooked Minute Rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 sm. jar Cheese Whiz

Directions

  1. Cook vegetables 5 min. Saute/fry onion in butter. Mix soup, water and lowfat milk together. Combine vegetables, onion, rice and soup mix. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 min at 350 degrees. Top with Cheese Whiz and bake 10 more min.
