Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 thinly sliced sm. onion
- 4 asparagus tips, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 zucchini thinly sliced
- 6 Large eggs, beaten
Directions
- Place butter and onions in 8 inch quiche dish. Cook on high 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 min in microwave. Add in asparagus, mushrooms, and zucchini. Cook on high 4 to 4 1/2 min. Stir once. Add in Large eggs, season with salt and pepper and cook till set.
