Ingredients

  • Eggs – 2
  • Spring Onions – 2, sliced
  • Onions – 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Cabbage – 2 tblsp, grated (optional)
  • Green Chillies – 1 to 2, finely chopped
  • Green Peas – 2 tblsp
  • Cucumber – 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Capsicum – 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Carrot – 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Garlic – 1/4 tsp, minced
  • Ginger – 1/4 tsp, grated
  • Basmati Rice – 1 to 1 1/2 cups, cooked (or use leftover rice)
  • Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
