Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced green peppers
- 1/2 c. warm peppers
- 3 bags pizza cheese
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
Directions
- Spread your rice in a long cake pan. Stir fry vegetables in butter, spread over the rice. Cover with pizza cheese. Bake for 30 min till cheese is melted.
