Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 med. onion, coarsely minced
  • 10 ounce. low salt ham, diced
  • 2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash (original blend)
  • 1 lg. potato, peeled and diced
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. no salt added chicken bouillon
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat butter in Dutch oven over medium heat. Add in onions, saute/fry till tender. Add in remaining ingredients - add in 5 c. water. Bring to boil on medium heat. Cook, uncovered for 30 min or possibly till potatoes are tender. Garnish with carrot curls and fresh chives. Yield: 6-8 servings. Calories 157 - fat 6 g - sodium 334 g - cholesterol 18 mg.
