Vegan Winter Veggie Egg Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, cut into about 1 inch pieces
  • 1 leek, cut into about 1 inch pieces
  • 2 sticks celery, cut into about 1 inch pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and cut in half
  • 1 small red onion, peeled and quartered
  • 2-3 leaves kale, de-stemmed and cut into smaller pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, quartered
  • 1 green bell pepper, quartered
  • 1 large jalapeno pepper, quartered
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and cut in half
  • 1 small bunch fresh parsley, roughly chopped
  • 2-3 Tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Bragg's amino acid
  • 8-16 Large won ton wrappers (depending on how many you want to make)
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 Tablespoon Bragg's amino acid
  • 1 Tablespoon chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
