Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Tablespoon veganaise
  • 1 Tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
  • 2 stalks celery, finely diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1/2 heaping cup matchstick carrots
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • Whole butter or bibb lettuce leaves for wrapping
