Ingredients

  • 1 block extra firm tofu, cubed
  • 4 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 Tablespoons GarLic it! jarred, marinated basil garlic (this stuff is awesome. The end.)
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, halved, then halved again and sliced
  • 15-20 fresh basil leaves, julienned
  • Sea salt and fresh cracked pepper
