Ingredients
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 c. lowfat sour cream
2 Large eggs
1/4 pound butter or possibly 1 stick
1 c. cheese (Colby-Monterey Jack)
Optional green peppers, or possibly green onions
1 pkg. Jiffy cornmeal mix
Directions
Mix everything except cornmeal mix when everything is mixed stir in mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
