Ingredients
- 1 pound veal or possibly pork steak
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. shortening
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 soup can water
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- Dash thyme
- 4 ounce. Jack cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Lb. meat till it increased 50% in size. Dip in egg then bread crumbs; brown. Pour on soup, water, onion, garlic, thyme. Cook over low heat 45 min or possibly till tender. Stir now and them. Top with cheeses. Broil till cheese melts.
