Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 4-6 lg. flat pcs of veal
- Flour
- 1 egg
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can College Inn chicken broth or possibly beef broth
- 2 c. marsalla wine
Directions
- Beat egg and lowfat milk and soak veal in it. Then dust veal with flour, put veal back into egg and lowfat milk mix again. Then put veal into large skillet or possibly electric skillet at 350 degrees with the two sticks of butter. Cook veal quickly 2 min on each side. Remove veal, save all drippings, slowly add in broth and wine. Stir constantly, put veal into casserole and pour broth and wine mix on top and serve.
