Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce.) veal rib chop
  • Flour
  • Mushroom sauce
  • 1/2 ounce. Swiss cheese
  • Salt & pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 ounce. ham

Directions

  1. Season veal chop with salt and pepper. Coat with flour. Shake off excess. Heat oil in skillet and fry chop on both sides till done. Keep chop hot while preparing the mushroom sauce. Top with ham and Swiss cheese and place under broiler till cheese is melted. Serves 1.
