Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 ounce. tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 lbs. veal cubes
  • 1 tbsp. parsley

Directions

  1. Coat veal cubes in flour, salt and pepper. In large skillet brown veal in oil. Remove veal. In same skillet saute/fry onion, parsley and mushrooms. Return veal to skillet, and add in tomato sauce and water. Add in basil and oregano, and simmer for 30 min covered.
