Vanilla Wafer Ice Box Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pound vanilla wafer crushed 1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

2 Large eggs 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 c. crushed pineapple, well liquid removed

Directions

1. Crush vanilla wafer place in 9 x 13 pan. Saving a 1/2 c. crumbs. Cream 1/2 c. butter, powdered sugar and Large eggs. Place over crumbs. Whip cream and mix in pineapple put over egg mix. Sprinkle with remainign crumbs. Chill at least 8 hrs before serving.
