Vampire Dip with Garlic Naan Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • 1 cup butterkase cheese (or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts packed in water, drained
  • 10-12 cloves garlic, minced
  • Mash all ingredients together in a casserole dish.
  • Bake at 350 oven for 45 minutes covered.
  • Uncover bake an additional 15 minutes.
  • Serve with Garlic Naan.

  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 T milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 t salt
  • 4 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
