Unbaked Graham Cracker Crust Recipe

Perfect for cream pies or key lime pie. If you like your crust a little more set, bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.

Servings: 1 8 inch pie crust

  1. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Stir in the melted butter until the mix becomes the consistency of wet sand and holds it's shape when you press it.
  3. Press into desired size pan. If needed add a little more butter, but careful not to add too much or your pie will be greasy
