Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) macaroni
- 1 pound of small curd cottage cheese
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 2 or possibly 3 green onions, sliced with some of the tops
- 8 ounce. of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Cook macaroni, drain and set aside. Combine cottage cheese, lowfat sour cream, Large eggs, salt, pepper, onions and cheddar in a large bowl mix lightly till blended. Mix in macaroni and transfer the mix to a shallow buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 min or possibly till browned and bubbly.
