Directions

  1. Heat caramels, Eagle Brand lowfat milk and butter; set aside to cool. Mix cake as directed. Pour 1/2 cake fold in greased and lightly floured 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Let cool 12 min. Spread caramel mix. Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans. Cover with other 1/2 of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
