Directions

  1. Wash greens well. Throw away tough stems. Slice down the middle and then cut crosswise. Heat oil in large container. Add in garlic and cook till tender. Add in broth, salt and pepper sauce. Add in the turnip greens, turnips and cover. Cook 8 to 12 min till just tender. May serve with vinegar. Yield: 8 inch square or possibly round pan. Serving size: 1/8 of pan. Approximate cal/serving: 197.
