Turmeric Fried Rice with Spicy Sausage Recipe

Ingredients

  • 500g Cold cooked rice (1.5 cups uncooked rice)
  • 2 tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 200-300g Prawns - remove shells, clean and cut into 3 section, season with salt and pepper
  • 3 Eggs - beaten and add 1 tsp soy sauce and a dash of pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp Turmeric powder (add less if you don't like too much turmeric powder)
  • 2 Spicy Chicken Sausage (sliced)
  • 1-2 stalk Spring onion - cut finely
