  • 3/4 pound turkey tenderloin steaks
  • Non-stick spray coating
  • 1/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Rinse turkey and pat dry. Spray large skillet with non-stick spray. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add in turkey steaks and cook for 8-10 min, turning once. Remove from skillet, keep hot.
  2. Meanwhile, stir chicken broth, skim lowfat milk, flour, honey, chives and dash of pepper. Add in broth mix to skillet. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook for 1 minute more. Stir in mustard, heat through.
  3. Makes 4 servings. Serve over rice.
