Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing, original flavor
  • 1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
  • 3 ounce. twisted noodles (spinach flavor if available)
  • 1/2 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas, thawed
  • 1/3 c. canned diced green chilies, liquid removed
  • 1/8-1/4 teaspoon pepper (opt.)
  • 3 tbsp. 3 tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp. melted butter
  • Tomato wedges (opt.)

Directions

  1. Saute/fry onion in butter till tender. Stir in flour and cook till smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Combine salad dressing, turkey, noodles, peas, chilies, and pepper. Stir in onion mix. Pour into shallow 1 1/2 qt casserole. Mix bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Garnish top with tomato wedges if you like. Makes 6 servings.
