Directions

  1. Butter 9x13 inch pan, trim crusts from 2 slices of bread and cube it. Place cubes in bottom of pan. Combine turkey or possibly chicken, onion, celery, mayonnaise, salt and spoon over cubes of bread. Place remaining slices on top of meat layer.
  2. Combine Large eggs, soup, and lowfat milk and pour over bread and meat mix. Let stand 1 hour. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees during the last 15 min. Add in grated or possibly cheese slices.
