  • 8 slices bread
  • 1 pt. broth
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cooked chicken, boned and minced or possibly 2 to 3 c. minced turkey meat
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. sweet lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion">onion or possibly onion">onion pwdr

Directions

  1. Heat broth, butter, lowfat milk together. Pour over bread mash well, add in Large eggs, chopped onion, 1 can mushroom soup. Place minced up meat in bottom of pan, pour other ingredients over meat then add in other can mushroom soup and can celery soup. Bake in 350 degree oven till cooked out and lightly browned like dressing, usually about 1 hour, maybe less depending on oven.
