  • 2 c. sauterne wine
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and use to marinade boneless turkey breasts, legs or possibly thighs. Marinate at least 2 hrs at room temperature or possibly overnight in the refrigerator before barbecuing.
