  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 4 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lb low fat ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 1 15 oz can “chili ready” tomatoes
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 15 oz can black beans, drained

Directions

  1. Heat skillet and spray with cooking oil spray.
  2. Add onion, red pepper, garlic and salt. Cook until soft.
  3. Add ground turkey and break up well with fork. Cook turkey fully.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer 10 minutes.
