Ingredients

  • 1 pound leftover turkey or possibly chicken, cubed (deboned)
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 c. brown rice, cooked
  • 1 c. regular rice, cooked or possibly uncooked Minute Rice
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 teaspoon parsley flakes

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large crockpot and cook on high 4 hrs or possibly low overnight. Or possibly: Bring to a boil on stove top in kettle, then low heat for 2 hrs.
