  • 1 1/2 pound organic ground turkey (I used (94% fat free)
  • 1/2 cup grated part skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 slice ezekial bread (broken up into crumbs) (or 1/4 cup breadcrumbs)
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • whole grains

    I just finished cooking this burger and I tell you, it is the best thing that I've prepared for a meal in over a week! I cheated a little in that I did not use the bread (ezekeil bread?) and never in a million years would I have thought of using that particular kind of cheese, but it worked! Me and my hubby are hooked on this burger now and forever. Thank you Nicole for your creativity in the kitchen.
