Ingredients
- 6 1/2 ounce tuna
- 1/2 - 1 c. diced celery or possibly cucumber
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 T brewers yeast (prefer nutritional mini flakes)
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- Dash cayenne pepper
Directions
- Mix vegetables, mayonnaise and spices. Drain tuna and mix with other ingredients. Serve cold on lettuce or possibly whole grain toast. Garnish with alfalfa sprouts.
