  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of celery or possibly mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 hard cooked Large eggs, sliced
  • 1 c. cooked peas
  • 1 (6 1/2 or possibly 7 ounce.) can tuna, liquid removed and flaked
  • 1/2 c. slightly crumbled potato chips

Directions

  1. In 1 qt casserole, blend soup and lowfat milk; stir in tuna, Large eggs and peas. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min or possibly till warm; stir.
  2. Top with potato chips. Bake 5 min more. Makes about 4 c..
