Ingredients
- 2 lg. Large eggs
- 2 cans (6 1/2 ounce. each) chunk light tuna in water, well liquid removed and flaked
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 1 c. bran flakes
Directions
- Beat Large eggs and add in remaining ingredients. Mix well and shape into 6 patties. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min, turning patties after 15 min.
