Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna fish
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 pimiento, minced
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 c. grated American cheese
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 Large eggs, well beaten

Directions

  1. Arrange tuna fish in greased 1 1/2 qt casserole. Heat lowfat milk and butter in saucepan till melted. Pour over bread crumbs in mixing bowl. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over tuna fish in casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
