Ingredients
- 1 can liquid removed tuna
- 1 c. finely minced celery
- 1 can peas (liquid removed) or possibly 1 box frzn peas, cooked
- 1 tbsp. pimento, minced
- 1/4 c. American cheese, cubed
- 1 c. salad dressing
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and toss lightly. Refrigerateand serve on lettuce leaf. Garnish with parsley and tomato wedge.
