Ingredients

  • 1 c. finely minced celery
  • 1 can peas (liquid removed) or possibly 1 box frzn peas, cooked
  • 1 tbsp. pimento, minced
  • 1/4 c. American cheese, cubed
  • 1 c. salad dressing

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and toss lightly. Refrigerateand serve on lettuce leaf. Garnish with parsley and tomato wedge.
