  • 1 cup mashed cauliflower
  • 2 cups spinach leaves (can you tell these are my fav type of leaf?...lettuce?)
  • Toppings -
  • 1/2 a tomato
  • 3 tbsp garlic lemon hummus'
  • 1/2 an avocado cut into slices
  • 3 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1/3-1/4 cup chickpeas
  • sriracha
  • can of greenseas mine & cracked pepper tuna 99% fat free
