Ingredients

  • 1 x 10 ounce pouch sweet peas
  • 1 x 5 3/4oz pkg noodles W/ lowfat sour cream & Cheese sauce
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 7 ounce Liquid removed tuna
  • 1/4 tsp Prepared mustard
  • 1/2 c. Minced pimiento

Directions

  1. Slit pouch of sweet peas and place in microwave oven and cook at FULL POWER 5 min.
  2. Cook noodles at FULL POWER in water according to package direction in a bowl in microwave oven 5-6 min or possibly when done.
  3. Drain well.
  4. In a large 3-qut. casserole, combine peas, noodles, packet of cheese sauce mix, tuna, mustard and pimiento. Place in microwave oven and heat at FULL POWER 3-4 min or possibly till heated through.
  5. Serves 5-6.Microwave time: 13-15 min Conventional time: 35-40 min
