This is a sauce I like to serve with the Hawaiian bread I make. you can use it for a variety of things. it's easy to make.

Ingredients

1/4 cup of coconut
1 (8oz) can of crushed or chunk pineapple ( I use Crashed)

Directions

mix apricot and some of the pineapple juice together to loosen up the apricot. Then add coconut and pineapple.
