- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. flaked coconut
- 2 T minced walnuts
- 2 T apricot preserves
- Slices of fresh fruit, such as bananas, apples, pears, etc.
Directions
- In bowl blend ingredients. Add in small amount of lowfat milk to make desired consistency if needed. Dip fruit in as dessert or possibly appetizer.
