Triple Divan


  • 2 pkg. (10 ounce.) frzn broccoli spears or possibly 2 pound fresh
  • 1/2 pound cooked ham (8 serving size slices)
  • 1/2 pound sliced cooked turkey or possibly 1 whole chicken breast sliced
  • 1/2 pound cooked shrimp
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 1 c. table cream
  • 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 pound (2 c.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Triple Divan

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain and arrange broccoli in serving sizes, in a 2 to 3 qt shallow baking dish (9 x 13). Arrange ham slices, then chicken or possibly turkey slices, then shrimp over the broccoli pcs. Combine soup mayonnaise, curry, cream, evaporated lowfat milk, and lemon juice. Heat and stir till mix is smooth and hot. Pour sauce over meat combination. Heat butter in frying pan, add in bread crumbs and stir till buttery and slightly brown. Add in the shredded cheese to the crumb mix. Combine well. Spread over sauce in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees till warm and bubbly and crumbs are crisp and golden brown. About 45 min. Makes 8 servings.
