Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 (29 ounce.) cans sliced peaches, liquid removed
- Cinnamon, optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 13 x 9 inch pan. Open peaches, drain and put aside. Place butter in pan and put in oven till melted. Remove pan from oven. Mix flour, sugar, lowfat milk, vanilla and cinnamon (optional) in large bowl. Pour batter over melted butter in pan. Don't Stir. Drop liquid removed peaches on top. Don't Stir. Bake 30-35 min or possibly till set.
