Tostada Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head Iceberg lettuce, torn in pcs
  • 1/2 head Romaine lettuce, torn in pcs
  • 1 lg. tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 (2 1/2 ounce.) can sliced black olives, liquid removed
  • 1 can kidney beans, liquid removed
  • 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can prepared roast beef, liquid removed, torn apart
  • 1/2 bag tortilla chips, slightly crushed

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in salad bowl. Serve with ranch style dressing and or possibly salsa. Note: All ingredients except lettuce and chips may be mixed up to 4 hrs prior to serving time.
