Tomato Potato Soup Recipe

• 4 c. vegetable broth or possibly chicken stock
• 2 med. onions, minced
• 2 med. potatoes, pared and cubed
• 2 med. tomatoes, peeled and minced
• 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt (or possibly to taste)
• 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano leaves
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 c. whipping cream
• Chopped parsley or possibly minced chives for garnish
